The development of computerised control systems for electrochemical treatment projects ahas been rapid in recent years, enabling the design and control of vastly more elaborate, efficient and advanced systems. This paper will review the design of several very different applications of electrochemical treatments and focus on the use of advanced control systems to illustrate the various advantages such technology brings to the field.
